Who is eligible to use the space, and what can it be used for?
The Dublin Community Space is available to organisations that have a programmatic presence in Dublin and a focus on connecting underserved communities to economic opportunity. The space can be used for a variety of purposes, including events and programming, but should always have a public-facing/community-oriented element.
How can I book the space?
To find out if the Community Space is available, request use of the space via our Community Space Request Form and tell us a little about your organisation and how you'd like to use the space. If you are hoping to use the space for a specific event, include relevant dates and times, as well as anticipated number of attendees. You will hear back from our team within 3 business days.
Where is the space located?
The space is located on the ground floor of LinkedIn’s EMEA HQ office at One Wilton Park, Wilton Terrace, Dublin 2.
What hours can the space be used?
The space may be booked between 08:00 and 17.00, Monday through Friday. Depending on the availability of resources, the space may also be made available between 17.00 and 19.00 on occasion.
How many people can the space hold?
The space's maximum capacity is 85 people, though functional capacity depends heavily on set-up. The space is generally used for sessions that hold 40-60 people.
Is catering provided? Can we bring our own food?
Guests in the space can use the attached micro-kitchen, which includes coffee and tea-making facilities, flavoured water, and an assortment of sodas and juices, fresh fruit, and biscuits.
If you would like to arrange for additional catering, we can put you in touch with our internal food and beverage vendor Gather & Gather for a quote.
Unfortunately, due to our onsite regulations, it is not possible to hire external caterers or bring in takeaway or home-baked foods.
