Opportunities for our partners
Connecting organisations to programs and resources to help them — and the people they support — thrive.
Nonprofit partners
We provide grants and resources to nonprofits around the world whose mission and vision align with ours.
Who we partner with
We partner with nonprofit organisations that support job seekers facing barriers to economic opportunity — such as limited professional networks, low-income backgrounds, and in a transitional period of life. A few examples are opportunity youth, veterans, refugees, and formerly incarcerated job seekers.
LinkedIn Coaches
Supporting job seekers facing barriers access the resources, networks, and skills needed to grow their careers.
Who we partner with
We partner with nonprofits, companies, and employees to offer LinkedIn training and career exploration opportunities to job seekers. Here’s how:
LinkedIn training
Nonprofits and companies integrate LinkedIn 101 training on professional branding, building a network, and finding jobs into their programs.
Career conversations
LinkedIn employees and members meet with job seekers to provide profile feedback, networking practice, and career advice.
Recruiting for Good
Partnering with nonprofits to assist in their critical talent searches for their organisations.
Who we are
Recruiting for Good is a pro bono LinkedIn initiative that started in 2016 to support nonprofits in their talent searches for critical executive or highly strategic roles.
The Recruiting for Good program supports nonprofits in the following ways:
- Assisting with sourcing talent
- Initial recruiter phone screens
- Editing job descriptions
- LinkedIn Recruiter training
We currently support organisations that are focused on the following areas: economic opportunity; racial and gender equity; and sustainability.
How Recruiting for Good works
LinkedIn partners with nonprofits for up to three months to support organisations in their talent searches. Once approved as a Recruiting for Good partner, a nonprofit will receive recruiting assistance and free access to our LinkedIn Recruiter tool for the duration of the partnership. On average, we typically support the hiring of 1-2 critical roles.
