Accessibility
Creating a space where anyone can find opportunity regardless of goals, ideas, and abilities.
Accessibility
Creating opportunity for everyone — regardless of ability.
Accessibility in our products
We’re on a journey to make accessibility and inclusive design part of our core principles, building accessibility from the ground up and testing our products with assistive technology such as screen reading software (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack).
We measure ourselves against international standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines V2.1.AA established by the World Wide Web Consortium.
Give feedback through our disability desk
Our teams are constantly working to improve the experience for all of LinkedIn’s products. We'd love to hear about how we can make our products even better.
If you find an accessibility bug or have trouble using LinkedIn's products with assistive technology, contact us and we’ll help you through it. We also offer support through Be My Eyes, a free app that connects blind and low-vision people with volunteers for visual assistance through a live video call.
See our conformance reports
We maintain a growing library of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines reports and Voluntary Product Accessibility templates that help you understand the accessibility of our products and features. You can use these conformance documents to check on the current state of our products’ accessibility.
Conformance reports: Section 508, WCAG, or EN 301 549 conformance product reports are available through Microsoft’s Trust Center.

Accommodations and hiring practices
We’re dedicated to ensuring that all our employees and candidates feel heard and cared about at LinkedIn. As part of our hiring process, we let applicants know their rights under the applicable disability laws, including during the interviewing and hiring processes, and provide necessary accommodations.
We’re proud to be recognized as a 2021 Best Place to Work by Disability:IN, the most comprehensive benchmarking organisation for disability inclusion. We also offer accommodations for all LinkedIn employees with disabilities at every office location. And, we have an employee resource group, EnableIn, that provides our employees with disabilities a forum and community to help us improve our workplace practices and belonging.
